Build-A-Bear Workshop, Westfield London
Shepherd's Bush, London · W12 7GF
Build-A-Bear is tagged for girls because that is who most birthday groups here are booked for, not because a boy with a fox is in the wrong shop. The party is the workshop: each child makes an animal and you leave with a shopping bag, not a sugar crash in a sports hall. Westfield makes the logistics urban. Cap the guest list. Bears are not cheap once every cousin is included, and the mall is no place for a vague 'and whoever else wants to come'.
In-store parties are priced per bear-maker — see Book a Party

Westfield London has large car parks and a painful exit ramp at closing time. Name the shopping centre, the White City / Shepherd's Bush postcode, and whether you are meeting at the bear shop door.
Food and drink for the adults
The mall will feed adults — budget for it, because the party is the bear, not a pizza. Too many adults in a small workshop queue is worse than too few. Pick two hosts.
Good to know
Book on the official party page and choose the store. Not every workshop runs parties every day. The bear is the party bag; adding another bag of plastic on top is how you double the cost.
