The Trafford Centre car parks are huge and badly signed once you are late. Name a car park zone in the invitation and meet at the store, not 'somewhere near the middle'.
Food and drink for the adults
Adults eat in the centre, not at the stuffing table. Tell parents whether they are staying for the make or dropping off at a stated time.
