Blair Drummond is the central-Scotland answer to a zoo birthday: drive-through animals, a foot park, and a party page rather than a vague 'groups welcome'. It is an outdoor day. Rain does not cancel lions, but it does cancel the mood if nobody brought a coat. Best from about four up, when the drive is exciting and the play park is not terrifying.

Parking

On-site parking. The drive through the reserves starts from your car, so the postcode FK9 4UR matters more than 'near Stirling'.

Food and drink for the adults

There is catering in the park. Budget adult meals separately from the children's party food. Someone has to drive each car through the reserves — that person is not drinking.

Good to know

Ask what is included versus a day ticket plus a room. Windows stay up in the reserves. That is the rule, not a suggestion, and it belongs on the invitation.
