Beale Wildlife Park
Lower Basildon, Berkshire · RG8 9NW
Beale, at Lower Basildon, sells an actual zoo party: entry for a set window, a train ride, and an hour and a half in a room with children's food. Minimums sit around ten and the room does not stretch to a whole school. Extra adults have been charged. It is the right age from toddlers through about nine, with a roof over the cake if the river weather turns.
Recently about £24.99 a child, one adult free per child

On-site parking, RG8 9NW. The lanes between Reading and Pangbourne are the journey. Use the postcode, not 'near the river'.
Food and drink for the adults
One adult has been included per paying child. Further adults pay. There is catering you can add, cheaply, or a café if you would rather they bought their own. Say which.
Good to know
The published party window is the afternoon, not a full day, unless you pay the extra hours. Animal workshops are a separate booking. Bring the cake if you want candles; ask first.
