Go Ape Alice Holt
near Farnham, Surrey · GU10 4LS
A Go Ape birthday is an outdoor high-ropes session: harnesses, trees, and a finite amount of time, with party bags and a forest shelter you can add when you book. Children need to meet the height rule for the course you pick. It is one of the better parties for 8 to 14, and a miserable idea in a thunderstorm — they will cancel or move you, and you should be glad. Alice Holt, on the Surrey–Hampshire border, is the useful one for Guildford, Farnham and the A3.

Forest car parks are the system, and some charge. The course postcode is the one to send. Phone signal in the trees is a nice idea and occasionally a lie, so agree the meeting point before you lose each other.
Food and drink for the adults
Adults can do a course, watch, or sit the session out with a coffee if the site has one. Do not assume a roast dinner. Party bags are an optional extra at checkout, which is useful because you may not want pockets full of plastic after a zip wire. If parents are staying outdoors for two hours, tell them to bring a layer and a drink.
Good to know
Pick the course that matches the shortest child, not the tallest cousin. A £3-ish transaction fee has been added online. Book the location on the national party page — this pin is that forest, not 'Go Ape somewhere'.
