Flip Out birthday parties are indoor trampoline-and-foam sessions: high energy, short duration, and a staff team that expects a pack of children rather than a family wander. Food and drink for the adults

There is usually a viewing area and a café. Adults do not bounce unless they have paid and signed a waiver, which most parents do not want to do in jeans. Buy the adults a hot drink. Ask if the party food is included or an extra you have forgotten.
